The Paroli (also called 'Reverse Martingale') is a positive progression strategy invented in the 16th century. Unlike the Martingale, you double your bet after each WIN, not after each loss. Principle: You bet your base unit (e.g., €5). If you win, you double your bet (€10) and leave the winnings on the table. If you win again, you double again (€20). But WARNING: you only double 3 times maximum! After 3 consecutive wins (or as soon as you lose), you return to your base bet. The major advantage: you only risk your base bet.
